This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to information (the "Information") that Digital Earth LLC (Taxpayer ID 9701009583, KPP 770101001, OGRN 1157746837687, registered address: 105064, Russian Federation, Moscow, Gorokhovsky per., 4, building 6; the "Company") may obtain about a visitor/user (the "User") when visiting and/or using the website https://app.scale.earth/ (the "Website").

By using the Website (including browsing, reading data, sending, or uploading user information), the User agrees to the terms of this Policy. The Company does not collect, process, or store the User's personal data!

When using the Website, the following anonymized technical data (Information) is collected automatically (from Cookies):

  • type of action performed on the website (click, hover, etc.);
  • date and time the action was performed;
  • page URL;
  • Referer;
  • IP (without the ability to work with IP addresses in statistics);
  • User-Agent;
  • ClientID (browser identifier based on a Cookie file);
  • screen resolution;
  • HTML element class that is clicked;
